Description
The Germany premium zirconia flap disc is manufactured using Germany premium VSM 100% zirconia polycotton sanding cloth. The abrasives grain and the backing cloth wear uniformly and don't cause any discoloration on stainless steel. This material works well on chrome and chrome-nickel-steel, high-alloy steel, nickel alloys. The disc exceeds other zirconia flap discs by 20% higher stock removal. The strong fiberglass backing plate ensures the discs' strength and won't break even running at the speed of 1.88 times of max RPM. All discs are manufactured by automatic machines, ensuring the discs uniform quality and strict quality control testing is applied.
